ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

SHIPPING TIMES & RATES

We currently ship within United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

STANDARD SHIPPING (3-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If the address is incorrect and the package has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to update it.
  • if the package has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible  for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Packages lost in transit
  • Packages damaged during shipping
