MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

We operate using a made-to-order business model, which means:

  • We do not hold inventory.
  • Every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
  • We work directly with trusted production partners who create each item on demand.
  • The system helps us keep costs low while maintaining high quality for every product we ship.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. You can expect your item to arrive:

  • Freshly made
  • Free of defects
  • Printed with high-quality materials

     

     

If your item arrives damagedmisprinted, or defective, we've got you covered.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a replacement or a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The is a manufacturing defect
  • There is an error in the print or design

In these cases, we will either:

  • Send you a free replacement, or
  • issue a refund

To start a claim, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery at our "contact " link provided in our home page and include:

  1. Your order number
  2.  A brief description of the issue

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NON-ELIGIBLE REASONS

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of fir or style
  • Minor shipping delays


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ORDER ERROR & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If you entered an incorrect address during checkout and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
